Cansağlığı Bağdam Contextual Behavioral Sciences Center carried out a series of social responsibility projects between August 23 and November 4 and 4 November.

It is planned to establish stations of psychological well-being in youth camps within the scope of the projects of The Ministry of Youth and Sports Education, Research and Coordination General Directorate to increase mental resilience of young people. The first pilot application for the “station of psychological well-being workshop” was carried out on 23rd August 2022 in Marmaracık Youth Camp, by Dr. Şengül İlkay and Clinical Psychologist Seher Cömertoğlu who are researchers in the Foundation of Cansağlığı, Center for Contextual Behavioral Science.

By the leadership of the Ministry of Health-General Directorate of Public Health in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, practitioner training was given to mental health workers across the country, within the scope of the project called “Take Care of Myself” aims at improving the psychological resilience of university students staying in student dormitories affiliated to the General Directorate of Credits and Dormitories. The training was held online on September 12 2022 and a mental health professional (doctor, psychologist, social worker, psychiatric nurse) representing each city from 75 different cities participated in. The content of the session to be conveyed to the university students, was shared with the practitioners and theoretical background was explained.

By the leadership of the Ministry of Health-General Directorate of Public Health in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the second training of  'Take Care of Myself' within the scope of the project aimed at improving psychological resilience of the university students staying in student dormitories affiliated to the General Directorate of Credits and Dormitories, was held on 4th November 2022. 140 mental health professionals from 81 cities participated in the online training.
